Our client, a concrete producer is seeking a Plant Maintenance Manager to join their team. As a Plant Maintenance Manager, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting multiple plants in a nearby radius. The ideal candidate will have good leadership skills, be receptive to new ideas and have previous experience in Plant Maintenance which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:$90-120/k
What’s the Job?
+ Oversee Plant Maintenance of all plant equipment at company owned and operated facilities in the Greater Cincinnati area including all ready mix facilities and aggregate terminal facilities
+ Direct and supervise Cincinnati area maintenance crew engaged in facilities’ maintenance, shop operation
+ Responsible for the application, care, operation and condition of all department maintenance vehicles and equipment assigned to the area.
+ Conduct frequent inspections of all facilities and non-mobile equipment to maintain and pursue a preventive maintenance program to keep down time to a minimum.
+ Assist Management in developing annual operating budgets for plant maintenance as directed
What’s Needed?
+ 5-10 years of experience as a Plant Maintenance Manager preferred
+ Maintenance and heavy equipment operator experience required
+ Strong supervisory and leadership skills
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software as needed to complete reports, logs, and inventory.
