    Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a CNC Operator to join their team. As a CNC Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and excellent problem-solving skills which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** CNC Operator

    **Location:** Loveland, CO

    Pay Range:** $23 - 25 per hour + $2/hour shift differential **depending on experience

    **Shift:** 2nd shift Monday - Thursday 4:00 pm - 2:30 am

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Operate CNC machines and lathes to produce precision parts.

    + Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.

    + Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.

    + Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

    + Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + No prior experience required; training will be provided.

    + Ability to read and understand technical documents.

    + Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

    + Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

    + Willingness to work 2nd shift hours.
