    The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and enjoys being the first point of contact for patients — providing exceptional service and support in a fast-paced setting.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Greet and check in patients in a courteous and professional manner

    + Schedule appointments and verify insurance information

    + Answer phones, manage messages, and assist with patient inquiries

    + Maintain accurate electronic health records and update patient information

    + Coordinate communication between patients, clinical staff, and providers

    + Support a positive, team-based office culture focused on patient satisfaction

    What’s Needed:

    + Prior experience in a **medical office, healthcare front desk, or administrative role** preferred

    + Strong communication and customer service skills

    + Proficiency with computers and electronic medical record (EMR) systems

    + Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
