Job Summary:
We are seeking a **Customer Support Representative** to provide critical support to our senior account executive and maintain relationships with existing accounts. The ideal candidate will assist with customer service tasks, administrative duties, and project support to help drive efficiency and client satisfaction.
1st shift: 9:15am-6:15pm Monday to Friday
Pay: 21/hr
Weekly Pay!
Key Responsibilities:
+ Maintain ongoing relationships with existing accounts.
+ Support the senior account executive in daily operations.
+ Assist in preparing customer proposals and incentive studies.
+ Analyze and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
+ Conduct administrative tasks such as distributing mail, filing, faxing, duplicating, typing, processing forms, and preparing reports.
+ Audit documents for accuracy and completeness.
Requirements:
+ Strong communication and organizational skills.
+ Ability to work in both warehouse and office environments.
+ Comfortable with administrative technology (fax, filing systems, typing, etc.).
+ Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
+ Reliable and punctual.
