**Onsemi** is seeking a Reliability Labs Technician to support semiconductor device qualification activities within the Reliability Engineering organization. The ideal candidate will perform hands-on operation and maintenance of reliability lab stress tools, assist in executing test protocols, and ensure accurate, timely data collection for reliability evaluations. The technician will work closely with reliability engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth lab operations, data integrity, and equipment uptime.
