    We are partnering with a well-established manufacturer of precision components serving highly regulated industries. The company is seeking a **Quality Manager** with an engineering focus to help ensure products meet stringent quality standards, support process improvement initiatives, and contribute to maintaining operational excellence.

     

    This is a hands-on, technically-oriented role ideal for someone with an engineering mindset who enjoys solving complex quality and process challenges.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Support and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with AS9100 and other relevant standards.

    + Review engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

    + Perform root cause analysis on quality issues and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

    + Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to address non-conformances and optimize processes.

    + Conduct internal audits, inspections, and process verifications to ensure adherence to quality standards.

    + Assist in the development and improvement of inspection procedures, test methods, and measurement techniques.

    + Prepare and maintain detailed quality records, technical reports, and documentation for audits and customer inquiries.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related Engineering discipline.

    + 3+ years of experience in quality engineering or quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.

    + Knowledge of AS9100, ISO9001, or equivalent quality standards.

    + Experience with root cause analysis, CAPA, and process improvement methodologies (8D, FMEA, Lean, Six Sigma a plus).

    + Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes and tolerances.

    + Excellent documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

    **Pay Details:** $90,000.00 to $120,000.00 per hour
