Responsibilities:
+ Design and deliver high-fidelity wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes using Figma to effectively communicate design ideas and interactions.
+ Conduct design reviews and present design work to internal teams and stakeholders, articulating design rationale clearly.
+ Actively contribute to and maintain our organizational design system by creating, documenting, and testing reusable UI components in Figma.
+ Ensure consistency and scalability across all digital products through diligent use of the design system.
+ Collaborate with Product Management roles and researchers to understand user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints.
+ Translate insights from user research, data analysis, and A/B testing into actionable design improvements.
+ Work closely with development teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately and to technical specifications.
+ Collaborate with other designers to ensure a cohesive and high-quality user experience across the product ecosystem.
+ Creation of engaging and informative presentations intended for executive audiences.
+ Apply knowledge of the insurance industry (e.g., policy lifecycle, claims process, regulatory requirements) to design solutions that simplify complex insurance concepts for users.
Requirements:
+ Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a dedicated UX/UI design, product design, or similar role. Majority of experience in corporate or agency roles.
+ At least 1 year of direct experience designing digital products within the insurance industry (e.g., P&C, Life, Health; Personal Lines OK, Commercial Lines a plus).
+ Expert proficiency in Figma for design, wireframing, and creating high-fidelity, interactive prototypes.
+ Demonstrated experience in creating, contributing to, and maintaining design system components within Figma.
+ Solid understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles, information architecture, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
+ Proven ability to solve complex design problems and translate them into simple, intuitive user experiences.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or a related field.
+ Additional non-Google UX certifications are a plus.
+ Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
+ Familiarity with data visualization principles, particularly as applied to presenting insurance-related data (e.g., quotes, premiums, claims status).

**Pay Details:** $46.29 per hour
