Office Administrator / Executive Assistant – Temp-to-Hire - $25-$30hr
Immediate need for reliable, capable, Administrative Assistant for our client located in Washington Depot, CT.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration & Reception:
+ Answer and transfer calls, take messages, and monitor after-hours service
+ Manage deliveries and shipments (including lifting boxes up to 50 lbs)
+ Operate office equipment (Xerox copier, Oce plotter)
+ Maintain office supplies and equipment
+ Provide general clerical support to staff
+ Organize and manage files and documents
+ Maintain breakroom supplies and cleanliness
+ Coordinate building maintenance and repairs
Executive Support:
+ Prepare materials and information for meetings
+ Manage the owner’s calendar and appointments
+ Screen and manage correspondence, calls, and visitors
+ Coordinate travel, dining, lodging, and entertainment arrangements
+ Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems
+ Draft and manage correspondence and reports
+ Run errands and assist with personal tasks as needed
Qualifications:
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
+ Professional demeanor and discretion
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively
+ Resourceful, proactive, and conscientious
Hours are 9am – 6pm
Location – Washington Depot, CT
Temp-to-Hire opportunity
Pay range $ 22 – 31 hr

**Pay Details:** $22.00 to $31.00 per hour
