    Compensation: $77,180 – $115,580+ annually (potential bonus)

    About the Role

    We’re looking for an experienced Regional Logistics Manager to lead operations at our 250,000 sq. ft. Distribution Center in Jamesburg, NJ. This hands-on leader will oversee 5 direct reports (including 3 supervisors) and a team of 30+ warehouse associates, driving excellence in safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

     

    You’ll be instrumental in shaping warehouse performance, optimizing distribution processes, and setting the standard for best-in-class operations.

    What You’ll Do

    + Lead daily DC operations to ensure accuracy, productivity, and cost efficiency

    + Manage, mentor, and develop warehouse supervisors and staff

    + Drive continuous improvement across logistics workflows, inventory control, and safety initiatives

    + Partner with internal teams to meet sales goals and on-time delivery metrics

    + Oversee budget management, equipment procurement, and vendor/3PL relationships

    + Maintain compliance with SOPs and ensure operational excellence across all shifts

    What You Bring

    + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

    + 7+ years in logistics, distribution, or warehouse management

    + Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and improving operational KPIs

    + Strong understanding of inventory control, freight coordination, and WMS platforms

    + Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

    + Experience managing budgets and implementing safety programs preferred

    **Pay Details:** $77,180.00 to $115,580.00 per year
