Job Title: Process Engineer
Job Description
As a Senior Process Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing production workflows for new business opportunities. This role requires engaging with customers to discuss product details, generating workflows, determining required production equipment, calculating cycle times and run rates, and preparing the factory lines for prototype and production assembly. You will also focus on improving production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
Responsibilities
+ Direct the success of new client launches, ensuring alignment with client goals and growth objectives.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, including technical users, champions, and senior executives.
+ Facilitate executive-level engagement to align on project progress, strategic value, and opportunities for growth.
+ Partner with Sales to identify and execute commercial opportunities by leveraging insights from early successes.
+ Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and quality products.
+ Manage operational relationships, resolving issues proactively and ensuring high client satisfaction.
+ Oversee the development and documentation of best practices, playbooks, and lessons learned to standardize success across accounts.
Essential Skills
+ Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
+ 5+ years of experience in electronic manufacturing
+ 2+ years of new customer-facing experience to launch new business
+ Experience with MRP systems such as CSI
+ Intermediate skills in MS Office - PowerPoint, Excel, Word
+ 5+ years of SMT process engineering experience
+ Strong background in root cause analysis, SPC methodology, and disciplined documentation
+ Familiarity with IPC-A-610; exposure to IATF and/or AS9100 preferred
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Automation engineering experience is a plus
+ Experience in managing teams in customer success
+ Strong experience in driving measurable client outcomes and meeting deadlines
+ Exceptional communication and relationship management skills
+ Adaptable and effective in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Huntsville, Alabama.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
90% of benefits paid with $500 deductible 2 weeks PTO , Sick Days- 12 per yearPersonal days 2 daysHolidays : 11
