Description
Provides technical direction on projects to department or project participants. Plans coordinates and completes large-scale or several medium or small complex or long term projects within budgetary and scheduling guidelines. Maintains thorough knowledge of new developments and/or technology pertaining to the projects. Monitors and recommends changes for improvement. Position usually requires experience and an advanced degree or the equivalent and in-depth knowledge in area of speciality. Preferred Qualifications 1 Understanding and/or Experience with NERC compliance standards 2 Knowledge of commissioning processes for generation facilities 3 Experience with utility operations or power generation industry 4 Familiarity with document management systems and audit processes Key Responsibilities Documentation Management Turnover: 1 Coordinate comprehensive documentation packages for new facilities and equipment installations 2 Ensure timely transfer of commissioning documentation test reports and compliance evidence 3 Manage documentation workflows between Engineering Construction and Operations teams 4 Maintain documentation version control and audit trails throughout project lifecycle Compliance Oversight: 1 Verify completeness of compliance evidence for applicable NERC standards FAC MOD PRC VAR BAL COM EOP 2 Coordinate with subject matter experts to validate documentation meets regulatory requirements 3 Track documentation submission deadlines and milestone compliance 4 Support internal and external audit processes with organized evidence package

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $48.00/hr.
