    Description

    We are looking for a customer service representative to fill a role in the Oshkosh area. The customer service representative will provide exceptional support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering solutions in a timely manner. Key responsibilities include managing incoming calls, emails, and chats, guiding customers on company products or services, and maintaining satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and strive to enhance customer experience. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities along with attention to detail are essential for this role.
