    Job Title: Manufacturing Supervisor

     

    Pay Rate: $35-50

     

    Shift: 7-3:30 Monday-Friday

    Job Description

    This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure the smooth running of all areas of the business. The role entails addressing operational issues and implementing solutions to improve workflow and efficiency to meet production deadlines. Tasks include managing processes, staff performance, and ensuring compliance with the company's policies.

    Responsibilities

    + Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

    + Address and resolve operational issues promptly.

    + Implement solutions to improve workflow and meet production deadlines.

    + Manage and evaluate staff performance.

    + Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    + Optimize operational processes and manage workflow effectively.

    Essential Skills

    + 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the machining/manufacturing industry, with precision manufacturing preferred.

    + Strong leadership and team management skills.

    + Experience in operational process optimization and workflow management.

    + Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.

    + Effective communication and organizational skills.

    + Proficiency in relevant software and technology.

    + Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

    + Proven track record of fostering a positive work environment.

    + Strong time management skills.

    + Ability to identify and resolve cost-related issues and estimates.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr.
