Robert Half is working with a leading law firm in Dallas, TX is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Litigation Paralegal to join our team. Responsibilities:

+ Assist attorneys in all phases of commercial litigation, including case management, document review, discovery preparation, and trial support.

+ Conduct legal research and draft correspondence, pleadings, motions, and other legal documents as directed.

+ Organize and maintain case files, ensuring proper indexing and accessibility.

+ Manage and coordinate deadlines, court filings, and compliance with procedural requirements.

+ Interact with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel professionally and effectively.

+ Prepare deposition summaries, trial notebooks, and exhibit lists.

+ Assist in preparing for mediations, arbitrations, and trials, including witness coordination and evidence management.

+ Utilize e-discovery tools for document production and review.

Requirements

+ Bachelor's Degree and/or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-accredited program (preferred).

+ Minimum 3 of experience as a litigation paralegal, specifically in commercial litigation.

+ Strong understanding of local and federal court procedures and rules.

+ Proficiency in legal research databases and case management software.

+ Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

+ Familiarity with e-discovery platforms such as Relativity, Concordance, or similar tools is a plus.
