About the Role

We’re seeking a Junior Associate or Post-Bar Law Clerk who is eager to build a strong foundation in litigation and trial work. You’ll be mentored by senior attorneys, gain exposure to all phases of civil litigation, and develop the skills necessary to become a confident and effective advocate.

What You’ll Do

+ Draft pleadings, discovery, and motions under direct attorney supervision

+ Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda and case summaries

+ Assist in trial preparation, including exhibit organization and witness coordination

+ Observe and participate in depositions, hearings, and mediations

+ Collaborate closely with the Managing Partner on active case strategy

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

+ Recent law school graduate, judicial clerk, or attorney with up to 4 years of experience

+ Strong legal research and writing skills

+ Eagerness to learn from experienced trial attorneys and grow within a mentorship-driven environment

+ Admission to the California Bar (or pending results)
