    Job Title: Drilling Foreman

    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Drilling Foreman to join a commercial specialty foundation contractor. This role involves leading and managing drilling operations to ensure safety and efficiency.

    Responsibilities

    + Oversee day-to-day operations of drilling rigs, ensuring efficiency and safety.

    + Lead and coordinate the activities of the drilling crew, consisting of 5-10 people.

    + Effectively communicate with subcontractors, contractors, and clients on site.

    + Scrutinize drilling parameters, monitor equipment, and manage the logistics of materials.

    + Proficiency with hand tools

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + 5+ years in the civil/drilling industry

    + Ability to work as part of a team and lead a crew of 5-10 people

    + Ability to travel

    + Must have a clean driving record as a company vehicle will be provided

    Work Environment

     

    Work is scheduled Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 5 pm. Projects are located around Virginia and North Carolina, with 50% of the work being local and 50% out of town. When working out of town, travel begins on Sunday and returns on Friday for the weekend.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Sandston, Virginia.

    The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $70720.00/yr.
