CNC Programming Supervisor – Aerospace & Commercial Manufacturing

**Location:** Arcadia, CA

Compensation:** Up to **$40/hr

**Employment Type:** Full-time | On-site

We are seeking a highly skilled **CNC Programming Supervisor** to lead our machine shop team in the production of precision aerospace and commercial components. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who excels in CNC programming, enjoys mentoring machinists, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

+ Supervise and guide a team of CNC machinists to ensure efficient and accurate production.

+ Program CNC machines using **Mastercam** software for complex parts and prototypes.

+ Set up and operate CNC machines, including **5-axis machining** .

+ Delegate tasks and manage workflow to meet production goals.

+ Oversee prototype development and ensure adherence to engineering specifications.

+ Interpret and apply **blueprints** , **GD&T** , and tooling requirements.

Qualifications

+ Strong proficiency in CNC programming, especially with **Mastercam** .

+ Hands-on experience with CNC machine setup and operation.

+ Proven leadership and team management abilities.

+ In-depth knowledge of **5-axis machining** processes.

+ Familiarity with **blueprints** , **GD&T** , and precision tooling.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
