    Job Title: Terminal Operator with WEEKLY PAY!

    Job Description

    Join our dynamic team as a Terminal Operator, where you will play a crucial role in managing and processing silica materials within a bustling terminal environment. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting and are eager to learn and grow within the company.

    Responsibilities

    + Attach large bags to a chute to collect silica material, and operate a lever to control the volume according to order specifications. The bag is placed on a scale to monitor the weight.

    + Lift 50-pound bags from a waist-high table and stack them on a pallet. Bags are produced every 30 seconds.

    + Seal and scan labels onto filled bags of material.

    + Drive a forklift after the first month of the contract, with provided training.

    + Drive trucks into the facility, not on roads, after the first month of the contract, with provided training.

    + Perform general cleanup of workstations.

    Essential Skills

    + General labor experience.

    + Proficiency in using hand tools.

    + Packaging and packing experience.

    + Forklift operation skills.

    + Ability to consistently lift 50 pounds.

    + Ability to obtain a respirator fit.

    + Experience in hot and cold environments.

    + Loading and unloading skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in the oil and gas industry.

    + Picking and construction experience.

    Work Environment

     

    This position operates on the first shift from 6am to 6pm or 6pm-6am, with a 30-minute lunch break and two optional 15-minute breaks. The average workweek ranges from 5 to 7 days. Flexibility to work any shift is required. The work environment involves exposure to varying temperatures, and appropriate attire, including respirator use, is necessary.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eighty Four, Pennsylvania.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
