    Position Summary

    We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Heavy Equipment Operator to support our utility construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience operating loaders and excavators and be committed to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Operate heavy machinery including loaders and excavators with precision and safety.

    + Perform general labor tasks associated with equipment operation and site preparation.

    + Ensure all work meets project specifications and deadlines.

    + Conduct routine maintenance checks and report equipment issues promptly.

    Required Qualifications

    + Minimum of 3 years total of hands-on experience operating loaders and excavators.

    + Strong understanding of construction site safety and equipment operation protocols.

    + Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience operating both loaders and excavators in a variety of site conditions.

    + Familiarity with utility construction projects.

    Work Environment

    + Outdoor commercial construction sites.

    + Typical workweek exceeds 40 hours, with start times generally around 6:30 AM (subject to change based on project needs).

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
