    Warehouse Worker

    **Location:** Sultan, WA

    **Shift:** 1st Shift, M-Th

    **Pay:** $20-24/hr, depending on experience

    Job Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to efficiently manage and transport products and supplies between departments and the shipping/warehouse areas. This role requires a keen understanding of product recognition and the processes of various production departments.

    Responsibilities

    + Pick up, pull, transport, and deliver products and supplies between Receiving, Departments, and Shipping/Warehouse.

    + Perform a variety of duties based on strong product recognition and understanding of other production departments’ processes.

    + Pull products from dispatch and check sales orders.

    + Package products for shipment.

    + Put away truck products.

    + Perform basic Oracle transactions.

    + Meet company work schedule and attendance expectations.

    + Perform within the physical and environmental demands of the job.

    + Assist wherever needed in the warehouse.

    + Maintain and clean the warehouse.

    + Assist other departments as directed.

    Essential Skills

    + High School degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

    + Basic math and reading skills.

    + Basic computer skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Basic Oracle/handheld skills (training provided).

    + Forklift, Reach Truck, Order Picker, and Fall Protection certifications (training provided).

    + Romac product recognition (training provided).

    + Basic understanding of other production departments’ processes (training provided).

    Work Environment

     

    The role involves working in a warehouse environment, handling various tasks such as loading and unloading trucks, moving materials within the warehouse, and packaging products. The position requires the use of banding and shrink wrap machines, riding forklifts, bar code readers, computer terminals, and other electronic devices. Employees are expected to adhere to a flexible work schedule and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $38480.00 - $49691.00/yr.
