    Job Title: Electronic Technician - Rancho Bernardo, CA

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Electronic Technician to join our team. This role involves assembling, installing, testing, and maintaining electronic systems and components. The ideal candidate will be adept at diagnosing and repairing electronic components and ensuring they conform to design specifications.

    Responsibilities

    + Assemble, install, test, and maintain electronic systems, components, and equipment.

    + Diagnose and repair circuit boards, wiring, and other electronic components.

    + Perform operational tests while in Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) / vibration / thermal / altitude conditions.

    + Ensure conformance with design specifications.

    + Diagnose and isolate malfunctions down to the component level.

    + Conduct defined engineering tests and collect data as assigned.

    + Document test results, repairs, and maintenance activities accurately.

    + Perform diagnostics and root cause analysis using oscilloscopes, multimeters, RF Generators, and spectrum analyzers.

    + Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and security standards.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in electrical, electronics, troubleshooting, and repair.

    + High School Graduate and 4 years of related experience, or electronics training equivalent to 2 years of technical trade school or military technical school.

    + Experience troubleshooting analog and digital electronics.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Familiarity with RF systems, digital/analog circuits, or embedded electronics.

    + Experience with component-level troubleshooting.

    + Proficiency in using VOM, DVM, and similar test apparatus.

    Work Environment

    + The position is located in Rancho Bernardo and involves working in a test lab as part of a small team. The environment is fast-paced, with a 1st shift 4/10 schedule from 6:30 am to 4:40 pm, offering every Friday off.

    Job Type & Location

    + This is a Contract-to-hire position based out of San Diego, California.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
