JobSummary: The Office Clerk performs essential administrative and clerical tasks, such as answering phones, managing mail, data entry, scheduling, filing, and operating office equipment, to ensure the smooth operation of an office. WhatYouDo:
•Greet and welcome employees, candidates, vendors, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner; provide identification badges and maintain visitor logs.
•Answer incoming calls to the Reno Distribution Center, assess caller needs, and route to the appropriate resource.
•Accept, sign for, and distribute incoming packages and daily mail.
•Ensure office supplies and front desk equipment are stocked and maintained in partnership with IT and Facilities.
•Provide administrative support for peak season hiring, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and coordinating new hire orientations.
•Perform additional administrative duties and support projects as assigned.
Knowledge&Experience:
•High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. 1–2 years of office or administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams); Office 365 experience a plus.
•Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
•Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills; customer service mindset.
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
•Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required.
•Office Hours are Monday to Friday (7:30am–4:30pm); preferred schedule is Tuesday to Thursday from 10am to 4pm but flexible within scheduled Office Hours.
