Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Sales Execution
Lead, coach, and support a team of two inside sales representatives.
Actively participate in quoting, order entry, and customer communication.
Set performance goals, monitor KPIs, and conduct regular performance reviews.
Foster a high-performance, customer-centric team culture.
Customer Engagement & Sales Operations
Handle a high volume of customer interactions with professionalism and urgency.
Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to order fulfillment.
Ensure accurate and timely entry of quotes and orders into the Sage ERP system.
CRM & Data Management
Oversee and optimize the use of the CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
Maintain data accuracy and generate actionable sales reports.
Pricing & Strategic Stock Management
Develop and manage pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness and profitability.
Collaborate with purchasing and operations to ensure strategic stock levels and inventory accuracy.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
