    Job Description

    LRS Consulting Services is seeking a Business Analyst with Product Owner capabilities for a role with our client based in St. Louis.

    Our client is seeking a Business Analyst with Product Owner capabilities to join a newly formed team supporting call center agents. We need a self-starter, someone who can dig in and elicit requirements, has a driver mentality, wants to grow their skills into a lead position, and is not sitting around waiting for tasks to come to them. This role will be expected to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.

    Requirements:

    + Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst with Product Owner capabilities

    + Proven track record of defining and delivering business or product outcomes

    + Experience eliciting requirements

    + Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills

    + ICOMS experience is a plus

    + + Experience with JIRA strongly preferred

    + Experience in an Agile environment strongly preferred

    + Corp to corp candidates will not be considered

    + Candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English (written & verbal)

     

    The base range for this contract position is $50.00 - $65.00 per hour, depending on experience.

     

    Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
