About the role

As a Databricks Architect you will make an impact by designing and implementing data solutions that align with our business goals and enhance our data management capabilities. You will be a valued member of the AIA team and work collaboratively with managers, team members and clients.

In this role, you will:

+ Design and implement scalable data architecture solutions using Reltio MDM Tableau and Databricks to meet business requirements.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.

+ Develop and maintain data models and data integration processes to support data-driven decision-making.

+ Oversee the implementation of data governance and data quality standards to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Provide technical guidance and support to team members in the use of Reltio MDM Tableau and Databricks

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is an onsite position requiring 5 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in South San Francisco, California.

What you need to have to be considered

+ Demonstrated expertise in Reltio MDM with a strong understanding of master data management principles.

+ Proficient in Tableau for creating interactive and insightful data visualizations.

+ Experienced in using Databricks for data processing and analytics.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

+ Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

+ Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices.

+ Familiarity with data security and privacy regulations.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Application will be accepted until November 16, 2025

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000- $135,000 USD depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and is subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
