Join our dynamic team as a Technical Consultant where you will leverage your expertise in Quadient Inspire Interactive to design and implement innovative solutions. With a focus on Cards and Payments you will drive projects that enhance our service offerings. This role requires a minimum of 8 years of experience and offers a collaborative work environment in our office during day shifts.

**Locations** : This is an onsite role with the following locations (Not a remote role)

**Preferred** - Omaha, NE

**Secondary** - Frisco, TX, Alpharetta GA, New Jersey

Responsibilities

+ Design and implement cutting-edge solutions using Quadient Inspire Interactive to meet client needs and improve operational efficiency.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions within existing systems and processes.

+ Analyze and understand client requirements to provide tailored solutions that align with business objectives.

+ Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all architectural designs and implementations.

+ Provide technical guidance and support to team members ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards.

+ Conduct regular assessments of existing systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

+ Lead efforts to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

+ Oversee the deployment of solutions ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

+ Engage with stakeholders to communicate project progress and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

+ Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into projects.

+ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all architectural designs.

+ Drive initiatives to enhance the scalability and performance of solutions contributing to the companys growth.

+ Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages knowledge sharing and professional development.

Qualifications

+ Possess extensive experience in Quadient Inspire Interactive demonstrating a strong technical acumen.

+ Have a solid understanding of the Cards and Payments domain enhancing solution relevance and effectiveness.

+ Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

+ Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

+ Show a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and industry trends.

+ Display a keen attention to detail ensuring high-quality deliverables and documentation.

+ Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

Certifications Required

Quadient Inspire Certification ITIL Foundation Certification

**Salary and Other Compensation** :

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000/Year to $140,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
