• MES & DevOps Engineer - Ignition/HighByte -Remote

    Role Overview:

    We are proactively building a pipeline for **DevOps Engineers** with expertise in **Ignition** and **HighByte Intelligence Hub** . This role focuses on establishing and maintaining DevOps practices to support scalable, secure, and automated deployments across OT and IT environments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Design and implement **CI/CD pipelines** using tools such as **Jenkins** and **GitHub Actions** to support Ignition and HighByte environments.

    + Automate deployment processes and manage configuration for **Ignition SCADA** and **HighByte Intelligence Hub** .

    + Set up and maintain infrastructure including **virtual machines** , **networking** , and **security hardening** .

    + Enable secure and reliable **IT/OT integration pipelines** , ensuring compliance with industrial system standards.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous delivery and infrastructure as code (IaC) practices.

    Candidate Profile:

    + Proven experience with **Ignition** (Inductive Automation) and **HighByte Intelligence Hub** in industrial environments.

    + Strong knowledge of **DevOps tools** and practices, including **Jenkins** , **GitHub** , and **CI/CD pipelines** .

    + Proficiency in **scripting and automation** (e.g., **Python** , **YAML** , **Docker** , **Kubernetes** ).

    + Solid understanding of **OT/IT integration** , industrial protocols, and system validation in regulated environments.

    + Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-disciplinary team.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience in **regulated industries** (e.g., pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, manufacturing).

    + Familiarity with **infrastructure as code** (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).

    + Knowledge of **cybersecurity best practices** in industrial environments.

    + DevOps certifications (e.g., AWS DevOps Engineer, CKA) are a plus.

    **Compensation:** - $90,000 to $130,000 +/- and this position are also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans. Application will be accepted by 11/15/2025
