Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Project Manager to join the IT organization within a global enterprise manufacturing company. This onsite role will be a running Scrum meetings and scrum ceremonies. THey will identify and manage dependencies and risks. They wil gain experiecne supporting strategic initiatives and large-scale projects across operations, supply chain, IT, and engineering. The ideal candidate will assist in gathering business requirements, coordinating or organizing project activities, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.

Skills and Requirements
• 2-3 years as a Project Manager and Scrum Master
-Expert in running scrum meetings
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Enthusiastic, motivated, and self-starter mentality. •Experience working as a Scrum Master for a software implementation/upgrade project.
• Exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Certification or coursework in PMP, CAPM, or CBAP is a plus.
