Job Description
As a Senior Jira Consultant, you will join the Agile Practice group supporting internal users of the Jira environment. You will manage ticket requests, offer solutions to business requests, support instance migrations, and assist with configurations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in administrating Jira instances, but also have experience with project management, support desk, or database administration duties.

Skills and Requirements
- 3-5 Years experience in Jira Administration
• Managing workflows, creating dashboards, JQL, Jira Automation, project set up and management and documentation, user management, add-on installation, and Agile/Waterfall/Project Management best practices
- Project Management/Support experience
Basic understanding of API connectivity/backend configuration - Atlassian Marketplace add-ons (GitHub, Zephyr, etc.)
- Hands-on experience migrating Jira instances between users
