Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead and oversee one or more highly complex, enterprise-wide programs composed of multiple interrelated projects. - This role is critical in aligning project execution with strategic business goals, ensuring governance, and driving successful outcomes across the organization.

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale IT programs, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and objectives.

- Manage multiple concurrent projects and coordinate their interdependencies to achieve overarching program goals.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive program roadmaps, timelines, and success metrics.

- Monitor program performance from inception through delivery, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.

- Ensure effective resource allocation and utilization across projects.

- Drive continuous improvement in cost efficiency, performance, and delivery schedules.

- Oversee program budgets, ensuring financial accountability and optimization.

- Facilitate cross-functional communication and collaboration among project teams and stakeholders.

- Maintain strong stakeholder engagement, ensuring satisfaction and alignment throughout the program lifecycle.

- Overseeing 3 Agile Dev Scrum teams

- Can pay $55-60/h

Skills and Requirements

- 5+ years of Program/Project Management experience

- 5+ years of Scrum Master experience

Proven ability to manage large-scale programs with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.

- Strong understanding of program governance, risk management, and performance metrics.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

- Experience with budgeting, resource planning, and strategic alignment.

- Agile

- Experiencing managing Scrum Teams
