Job Description
The Marketing Insights and Analytics team is looking to bring on a Sr. Analyst to support the Organic Social and Paid Media teams regarding upper funnel analysis of trailers, teasers, social recaps, mid-season and post-season evaluations. This candidate will leverage social listening platforms such as Notewater, to provide audience analysis and consumer insight, and build dashboards and reports. This role requires a deep level of curiosity and research to understand audience behavior, competitor trends, and sentiment. To conduct market and audience research, this role will leverage tools like MRI and Audience. Familiarity across all social media platforms (i.e., Meta, X, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit) and their tools (I.e., Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager) is essential to upper funnel analysis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for media and entertainment and will be keen to culture trends.

Skills and Requirements
2-3 years of experience conducting upper funnel market and audience research
Strong familiarity with Social listening platforms, like Notewatch, to build dashboards and reporting
Strong familiarity with market research and audience tools like MRI and Audience
Strong experience working in multi-platform environments (Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, X, Reddit, Tiktok) and their respective Ads/Business Managers
Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Sociology, Psychology SQL and Python experience
