**Job Type:** Full-Time, Consultant (5-Month Assignment)
**Pay Rate:** $72.97/hour

PDS Tech Commercial, partnering with a global leader in the aerospace industry, is seeking an experienced **Senior Contracts Manager** to drive strategic contract execution and supplier partnerships. In this role, you’ll serve as the key liaison between corporate clients and the Legal Contracts & Compliance team—ensuring agreements not only meet regulatory standards but also advance business goals and reduce risk across the supply chain.
Your expertise will help shape the success of complex supplier relationships and strengthen the foundation of one of the world’s most advanced aerospace programs.
What You’ll Do
+ Lead contract administration for assigned supplier portfolios—drafting, negotiating, and executing high-value contracts.
+ Provide daily guidance to stakeholders and leadership on contractual strategy and risk management.
+ Review and interpret complex legal terms to ensure compliance and protect company interests.
+ Collaborate with internal legal, supply chain, and business teams to align contract terms with strategic objectives.
+ Negotiate supplier agreements to achieve favorable business outcomes.
+ Analyze contract performance and prepare detailed reports on compliance and key metrics.
+ Advise management on contract risks, mitigation strategies, and contingency planning.
+ Maintain organized records of all contractual documentation and historical data.
What You’ll Bring
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree with **10+ years of experience** , or
+ Advanced degree with **7–10 years of experience** , or
+ In lieu of a degree, **13+ years of directly relevant experience** .
+ Proven experience managing complex supplier contracts, negotiations, and compliance matters.
+ Strong understanding of legal and business principles related to contract management.
+ Exceptional communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. **This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.**
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Aerospace or defense industry experience.
+ Prior work within large-scale, global supply chain organizations.
+ Familiarity with government or commercial contract structures.

**Pay Details:** $72.97 per hour
