    Required Skills:

    Technical Program Manager Responsibilities:

    1. Manage cross-functional infrastructure information technology programs in a matrix organization covering a range of areas.

    2. Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on time delivery of technical hardware and/or software solutions.

    3. Provide hands-on program management during the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and postimplementation phases of the projects assigned.

    4. Perform risk management and change management on projects.

    5. Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance for projects and tasks assigned.

    6. Drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions.

    7. Interface with the Engineering Team and external business owners for project requirements and scope.

    8. Drive product decisions to align with high company initiatives.

    9. Plan technical software and system hardware product requirements with internal teams and develop the project execution plan.

    10. Oversee technical solutions and software development lifecycle end-to-end, project plans and ensure on-time delivery and provide hands on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases.

    11. Identify critical points of failures across systems or within system boundaries and create active monitoring dashboards for the same.

    12. Identify and create alerts for key telemetry events across systems that trigger when the reliability, performance or stability of the collective ecosystem is impacted.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    13. Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field, followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or computer-related occupation

    14. Requires five years of experience in the following:

    15. Program, project, or technical management

    16. Working on infrastructure, business solutions, or company growth implementation projects from inception to delivery

    17. Defining scope, understanding business requirements, and translating needs into technical requirements

    18. Collecting data points across disparate projects and delivering data-driven insights

    19. Cross-organizational work in which teams and individuals are held accountable to timelines and deliverables

    20. Driving internal process improvements across teams and functions to ensure high performance bars are met across the board

    21. Developing strategies to address tooling and framework gaps faced by engineering teams

    22. Using multiple communication mediums to distribute information and tailoring a message to an audience

    23. Defining key failure and success metrics for cross-functional engineering systems by having an in-depth understanding of system design and function

    24. Defining monitoring dashboards or solutions that help monitor cross-system and intra system health and performance

    Public Compensation:

    $229,330/year to $265,540/year + bonus + equity + benefits
