As a **Security Professional – Logistics Patrol Full-Time** in **Winchester, VA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned logistics and distribution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will be responsible for conducting routine patrols, managing access control, and providing outstanding customer service and communication to all individuals on site. What You’ll Do:

+ Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

+ Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

+ Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

+ Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

+ Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including the business premises and perimeter.

+ Monitor for any unusual activity or potential security-related concerns during patrols and report findings according to protocol.

+ Assist with access control by observing entry and exit points and verifying credentials as needed.

+ Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and/or delivery personnel while upholding Allied Universal standards.

+ Document incidents, observations, and/or actions taken in accordance with site and Allied Universal procedures.

+ Availability across various days and shifts

+ Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

+ A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

+ Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

+ Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
