Purpose of Role
This role is responsible for supporting the creation and delivery of performance driven innovative product for Under Armour's most important consumer, the Team Sports athlete. Working across multiple head-to-toe product teams, this role will help drive product that enables the athlete to perform to their highest capacity in any athletic endeavor. This individual supports the business through data management, sample management, and execution of the fundamentals of product creation. It requires the cross-functional collaboration with merchandising, planning, design and development teams and regional partners.
Your Impact
• Data and systems management. Partner with Product Teams to oversee, manage, and ensure all systems + data are up to date and inputted on time
• Assist the PLM team in outlining and managing seasonal business plans to include growth opportunity based on product range (styles/skus), price positioning, channel distribution, delivery launch and flow through
• Work closely with product teams throughout the creation process to understand how to drive your business by building profitable, market right, consumer-right product that is inline with department and company financial targets
• Connect with the Athlete. Travel locally and regionally to work with, observe, and gain crucial athlete insights informing and influencing product
• Be knowledgeable on the market landscape and the competition
• Develop business acumen. Partner with planners, merchandisers, sales, and PLM/SPLM to develop strong understanding of the numbers. Learn how to analyze and articulate information around bookings, sales, and trends to inform future line plan decisions
Qualifications

• Deep commitment to gain knowledge of the Team Sports athlete and the market.
• Ability to multi task and prioritize independently in a highly competitive and fast paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen; demonstrated by the ability to analyze and make recommendations that are consist with the brand; critical thinker.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to indirectly influence a variety of job functions without having full ownership.
• Demonstrated ability to problem solve, serves up calculated business risks and new ideas proven relationship builder
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Powerpoint, Excel)
• 1-3 years of product or related experience
Workplace Location
**• Location:** Baltimore, MD.
**• Work Location:** Four (4) days per week in-office, the remainder of work week remote
**• Travel:** 5-10% of the year

Base Compensation
$72,102.45 - $99,140.88** **USD
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position. UA is committed to helping our teammates succeed and advance in their careers. Base salary is only one component of our competitive Total Rewards package.
