Job Description:
We’re building a new model in our North America region, and we need your eye for design to help bring it to life.
As part of a newly formed North America Campaigns Hub Team within Performance Marketing, you’ll play a key role in shaping how Sage shows up visually across our B2B marketing campaigns. This role isn’t about starting from scratch every time - it’s about taking great global creative and adapting it for a North American audience, ensuring every asset speaks clearly, consistently, and impactfully.
You’ll partner with performance marketing campaign managers and copywriters to make sure your designs not only look good but also perform well.
Minimum Qualifications:
• 4+ years of experience in graphic design, creating B2B marketing campaign assets such as eBooks, whitepapers, webinar visuals and decks, emails, direct mail, landing pages, infographics, and web banners.
• Experience designing a wide range of digital and print assets, ideally for B2B campaigns within SaaS, technology, or other complex industries.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or a comparable design tool.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and bring structure to creative briefs.
• Strong attention to detail and a well-developed sense of visual hierarchy.
• Effective communicator and collaborative partner across cross-functional teams.
• A portfolio demonstrating B2B campaign experience, preferably including eBooks, digital ads, landing pages, infographics, and data-driven visuals, will be prioritized.
• Experience with motion, video, or interactive design is a plus.

• Translate ideas into impactful visuals that align with business goals and brand identity for B2B audiences.
• Design and adapt illustrations, infographics, layouts, and campaign materials across digital and print.
• Contribute creative ideas during campaign planning and provide design perspectives during concept development.
• Localize global assets by enhancing clarity, relevance, and polish for the North American market.
• Maintain brand consistency across all assets, ensuring alignment with visual guidelines, color palettes, and typography.
• Collaborate with marketers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to bring campaigns to life.
• Manage multiple projects, balancing priorities and deadlines without compromising quality.
• Proactively identify opportunities to visually differentiate B2B campaigns.
• Incorporate feedback efficiently, refining and improving designs with professionalism.
• Stay current on design trends and continuously advance your craft.
• Simplify complex information through clear, engaging visuals such as infographics and data callouts.
• Create assets across various formats, including email banners, eBooks, direct mail, landing pages, presentations, and trade show materials.
