Our client, a leading organization in the financial services sector, is seeking a Credit & Collections Specialist to join their team.
As a Credit & Collections Specialist, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting cross-functional teams including Sales and Customer Service. The ideal candidate will have **strong communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities** , which will align successfully within the organization.

**Location:** NJ, Franklin Township
What’s the Job?
+ Perform hands-on collections activities including outbound calls, negotiation of payment plans, and resolution of delinquent accounts.
+ Reconcile customer accounts, investigate discrepancies, and ensure accurate financial records.
+ Review and make decisions on orders placed on credit hold based on account status.
+ Resolve disputes and deductions in coordination with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
+ Collaborate across departments to support accurate billing, payment applications, and customer satisfaction.
What’s Needed?
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience).
+ 3–5 years of direct Credit & Collections experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or PeopleSoft.
+ Excellent organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
