Our client, a leading organization in the technology industry, is seeking a Program Manager Non Tech 3 to join their team. This is a Program Manager role focused on AI Chat & Search, part of the larger AI and GenAI product suite. The team builds and supports AI-driven chat and search experiences that help enterprise users automate workflows and work smarter.
In this role, the Program Manager acts as the “air traffic controller” for AI feature releases — planning, tracking, and coordinating when and how new AI features are rolled out across all supported endpoints. You’ll work closely with multiple feature and engineering teams to ensure releases are timely, stable, and well-communicated.

**Location:** Remote - Hybrid in Redmond WA ideal.
**Pay Range:** $52/hr - $57/hr
What's the Job?
+ Coordinate and manage multiple project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of features and initiatives.
+ Facilitate communication between various teams and stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
+ Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports and risk assessments.
+ Identify process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
+ Support release management activities, including planning, scheduling, and tracking deployments across multiple endpoints and audiences.
What's Needed?
+ Minimum of 5-7+ years of experience in project tracking, especially feature rollout tracking.
+ At least 4 years of experience in program or product management for AI tools or related technologies.
+ Extensive experience with process improvement initiatives.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills with problem-solving capabilities.
+ Proficiency with project management tools such as Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar.
+ PMP or PMI certification
