Our client, a leading logistics and distribution organization, is seeking a Distribution Center Associate to join their team. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the Warehouse Supervisor and Material Handler teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Distribution Center Associate

**Location:** Cedarburg, WI

**Pay Range:** $22

**Shift:** 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

+ Accurately pick, transfer, package, kit, or assemble products and materials to fulfill customer orders

+ Perform inventory management tasks including storing, counting, and distributing materials, parts, supplies, and equipment

+ Compile and maintain records of stock quantities, costs, and types of materials issued and received

+ Ensure safety, security, and compliance with company policies and import/export regulations

+ Assist with loading and unloading inbound and outbound shipments, checking for product or container damage

What's Needed?

+ Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately

+ Capability to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted

+ Proficiency in data entry into warehouse management systems (WMS)

+ Willingness to learn and operate powered industrial trucks such as forklifts and pallet jacks

+ Ability to work effectively within a team environment
