Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator Blender (2nd Shift) to join their dynamic team. As a Machine Operator Blender (2nd Shift), you will be an integral part of the production department supporting operational excellence and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, a commitment to safety, and a collaborative spirit, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Machine Operator Blender (2nd Shift)

**Location:** Jackson, WI

**Pay Range:** $23

**Shift:** 2:00PM - 10:05PM, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

+ Safely set up and operate equipment to optimize machine capability and product output.

+ Apply knowledge and skill to troubleshoot and address routine equipment malfunctions, ensuring high-quality goods are produced.

+ Check for defects or malfunctions that may affect product quality or work performance.

+ Follow strict safety procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and adhering to safety protocols.

+ Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities and safety compliance.

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma or GED equivalent.

+ At least 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing or similar role.

+ Strong technical skills and knowledge of various types of machines and equipment.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in physically demanding environments.

+ Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.
