Our client, a leading manufacturer in the industrial production space, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the **Facilities & Maintenance Department** , supporting the **Production and Engineering teams** .

The ideal candidate will have **strong problem-solving skills** , **attention to detail** , and **effective communication** , which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Maintenance Technician

**Pay Range:** $28/hr

**Shift:** 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (work up to 10 hours a day)

What’s the Job?

+ Troubleshoot and replace defective electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical components

+ Perform preventative maintenance and respond to equipment emergencies

+ Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics and diagrams

+ Test and maintain motors, drives, alarms, and control systems

+ Collaborate with operators and supervisors to resolve machine issues

What’s Needed?

+ Experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

+ Ability to read schematics and use testing instruments (e.g., multimeters, meggers)

+ Familiarity with PLCs, AC/servo drives, and calibration of devices

+ Knowledge of the National Electric Code and safety protocols

+ Strong troubleshooting and repair skills at the component level
