Our client, a leading organization in the technology and services industry, is seeking a Processing Clerk for Purchase Orders to join their team.
As a Processing Clerk for Purchase Orders, you will be part of the Procurement Department supporting purchasing and finance operations. The ideal candidate will have **strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication abilities** , which will align successfully within the organization.
**Job Title:** Processing Clerk for Purchase Orders
**Location:** Cary, NC (Hybrid – 2 days in office every other week)
**Pay Range:** Up to $24.32 per hour
What’s the Job?
+ Review vendor requests and determine purchase order validity or required approvals.
+ Route purchase order requests through internal web-based tools for authorization.
+ Follow up on pending or aging requests to ensure timely processing.
+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues or corrections related to purchase orders.
+ Create, amend, and approve purchase orders and invoice payments.
What’s Needed?
+ Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in procurement or administrative support.
+ Experience using SAP or other ERP systems.
+ Proficiency in creating purchase orders and processing invoices.
+ Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
+ Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
