    Our client, a **leading manufacturer in the precision components industry** , is seeking a **2nd Shift Assembly Associate** to join their team. As a **2nd Shift Assembly Associate** , you will be part of the **Production Department** , supporting the **Assembly and Quality Control Teams** . The ideal candidate will have **great attention to detail** , **a team-focused mindset** , and **a strong work ethic** , which will align successfully in the organization.

    2nd Shift Assembly Associate

    Location:

    Newton, NC

    Pay Range:

    $18/hr with shift differential to start — increases to $20/hr after full-time hire-on!

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    Assemble parts and components according to specifications

     

    Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

     

    Use hand tools and basic machinery as needed

     

    Maintain a clean and organized workstation

     

    Follow safety guidelines and meet production targets

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    High school diploma or GED

     

    Willingness to work 2nd shift and overtime when required

     

    Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs

     

    Strong attention to detail

     

    Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
