Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and fabrication, is seeking a dedicated Welder to join their team. As a Welder, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the welding and fabrication processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, safety consciousness, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

+ Perform welding, grinding, and priming tasks according to precise specifications and quality standards.

+ Work independently with a focus on safety, efficiency, and accuracy of work.

+ Communicate effectively with team leads, including the Distribution Manager and Operations Manager, to ensure smooth workflow.

+ Inspect completed work to ensure it meets safety and quality standards, making adjustments as needed.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and productivity.

What's Needed?

+ Proven experience in welding and fabrication within an industrial or manufacturing setting.

+ Strong knowledge of welding techniques and working with various materials such as steel and aluminum.

+ Ability to operate power tools and non-power tools safely and effectively.

+ Basic understanding of inventory management and tracking of materials and tools.

+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
