Job Title: Complaint Specialist
Job Description
As a Complaint Specialist, you will display technical understanding and ability to analyze complaints. You will be responsible for processing complaints in a timely manner in accordance with established procedures and applicable laws/regulations. You will conduct complaint analysis and gather data to support investigations of non-conformances.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or Regulatory & Compliance disciplines required.
+ 1–3 years of experience in the medical device industry or quality.
+ Prior experience as a complaint specialist is a plus.
Responsibilities
+ Record and evaluate complaint submissions.
+ Support complaint investigations and prepare complaint risk assessments as required.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Service, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Medical Affairs, Manufacturing, and R&D.
+ Communicate with healthcare providers, staff, and/or patients to gather relevant complaint information.
+ Coordinate with other departments to provide complaint data reports as needed.
+ Review and close complaint files in a timely manner.

Work Environment
This is a hybrid role requiring you to be in the office three days per week.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
