Job Title: QA AssociateJob Description
Join our team as a QA Associate where you will provide essential quality assurance support in the manufacturing, packaging, and warehouse areas for pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging projects.
Responsibilities
+ Provide quality assurance support in manufacturing, packaging, and warehouse areas for pharmaceutical projects.
+ Perform sampling of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process and finished product sampling, water and air sampling, environmental monitoring sampling, and coordinate sample submissions for QC analysis or third-party analysis.
+ Perform in-process testing/checks and AQL for batch processing of manufacturing and packaging.
+ Collect samples such as TOC, drug active, and/or micro swab from equipment and submit to QC with all necessary documentation.
+ Provide room clearance, equipment clearance, and material checks before the start of processes.
+ Escalate any non-conformance to supervisor.
+ Comply with all company policies and standards.
+ Perform other functions as required or assigned by supervisor.
+ Ensure adherence to GMP and good documentation practices.
Essential Skills
+ Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree in Chemistry.
+ 1-2 years of quality assurance experience.
+ Experience with manufacturing floor crossover, laboratory, wet chemistry, titration, and chromatography.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Technical knowledge in chemistry and wet chemistry.
+ Proficiency in computer applications and programs related to laboratory applications.
+ Mathematical skills including statistics.
+ Knowledge of sample preparation techniques.
+ Familiarity with spectroscopic techniques and chromatographic systems.
+ Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Work Environment
Work in a laboratory setting with approximately 10 team members. The facility is part of a growing CMO, offering high pay and is equipped with modern amenities.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cranbury, New Jersey.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
