Executive Administrative Assistant
Olsten Staffing is recruiting for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting a dynamic legal team.
Must-Haves:
+ Fast and proficient typing skills
+ Professional telephone and written communication abilities
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
+ Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
+ Experience supporting multiple attorneys when needed
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Quick learner who follows instructions well
+ Professional office etiquette
+ Dependable, reliable, and team-oriented
+ **Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Prior experience as a litigation legal assistant in a plaintiff's or insurance defense firm
+ Paralegal certificate or Associate's degree in Paralegal Sciences

**Pay Details:** $20.00 to $22.00 per week
