Customer Service Representative – Specialty Pharmacy Support
Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring **Customer Service Representatives** to join a growing specialty pharmacy team! In this role, you’ll play an important part in supporting patients’ access to critical medications by coordinating shipments, scheduling refills, and providing compassionate, accurate communication to healthcare providers and patients.

**Pay Rate** : $16.00-$18.00/hr. (based on experience, education & location)
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9AM–6PM for training; possibility of 10:30AM–7PM after training
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls and provide professional, clear, and accurate information to patients and providers.
• Make outbound calls to patients to coordinate prescriptions, refills, and deliveries.
• Schedule and confirm medication shipments with attention to accuracy and timing.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records in compliance with HIPAA standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and patient satisfaction.
• Demonstrate initiative, problem-solving, and a proactive work ethic.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the department’s goals.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
• Typing speed: 35+ words per minute (required).
• Reliable transportation to report onsite.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and confidentiality regulations preferred.
Physical Requirements:
• Professional office environment.
• Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and reach frequently.
• Ability to do heavy lifting occasionally.

**Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
