    Role Overview:

    As a **Flight Paramedic** , you will provide advanced life support and critical care transport in both pre-hospital and interfacility settings. You’ll collaborate with a highly skilled flight team to stabilize and transport critically ill or injured patients while upholding the highest standards of care and safety.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Conduct thorough patient assessments and perform emergency interventions

    + Deliver compassionate, high-quality care across all age groups

    + Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

    + Participate in ongoing training, simulation, and equipment readiness

    + Collaborate effectively with dispatch, healthcare teams, and leadership

    + Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and regulatory standards

    Required Qualifications:

    + Valid **California Paramedic Certification** (or ability to obtain)

    + **3–5 years** of experience in **EMS or 911 response**

    + Active **BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, and PHTLS/ITLS** (NRP preferred)

    + **FP-C certification** or willingness to obtain within 24 months of hire

    + Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills

    + Ability to lift up to **100 lbs.** and meet physical readiness standards

    + Must maintain a **weight of 235 lbs. or less**

    **Pay Details:** $62,621.00 to $89,443.00 per year
