We're seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven **HR Analyst** to join our team in the Sikeston, MO area. This role supports key human resources functions by managing HR data, analyzing workforce trends, and helping to strengthen our employer brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for improving the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Compile, analyze, and report on HR metrics to support business decisions
+ Conduct exit interviews and summarize feedback to identify improvement opportunities
+ Assist with payroll processing and ensure data accuracy
+ Support employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent
+ Maintain HR databases and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
+ Collaborate with HR leadership on special projects and process improvements
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
+ 1–3 years of HR experience preferred
+ Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
+ Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Excel
Compensation & Benefits:
+ $55,000 annual salary

**Pay Details:** $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
